The observation that Dylan seems to be always acutely aware of the people and small details going on around him (while those around him detailing the story perceive they're not on his radar and invisible) is fascinating... this perhaps has relevance to his work as an artist seeing and articulating bigger, monumental truths from the small details 99% miss... He's just so aware of the world around him, absorbing the constant swirl of events, places, encounters and people.
