I love this live era. I saw a huge chunk of shows, all in the US, though. “Country Pie” was such a favorite too. The acoustic sets, the bluegrass songs- what a time that was. There used to be a setlist contest game, so I checked boblinks after every show.
I adore Bob's upsinging! Always have. I've never understood why folk dislike it so much. His best ever upsinging, in my opinion, can be heard on Mama You Been on My Mind from Bournemouth 2002.
My favorite ever Dylan show was Wash., DC, in 2000, at then-MCI Center. BEST BAND he ever played with: Tony G., Larry Campbell, Charlie Sexton, and David Kemper!
