Thank you both! I am so glad that Terri Thal's memoir has been added to first hand accounts of the Greenwich Village scene and is on the bookshelf next to Dave Van Ronk's Mayor of McDougal Street and Suze Rotolo's A Freewheelin' Time. Excellent interview questions by Ray Padgett and clear, thoughtful, and honest reflections by Terri Thal.
Excellent and invaluable insight for those who can appreciate both a fictional version of History and want to know what really happened.
If the movie A Complete Unknown had attempted to convey the complexity of these relationships, it would have been like watching paint dry.
Great interview, Ray, as always. I just read the Wald book, which I thought very good; now I wanna read Terri's!
Thanks Thanks Thanks Thanks!!!!
