I imagine many people reading this newsletter would agree with the statement that Dylan's voice has improved markedly in the past few years. This is not a new insight for those paying attention. But I haven't experienced a starker illustration of that truth than by comparing the only two times Dylan sang "Moon River": Once in 1990, again in 2018.
